Touadi - The Minister of Foreign Affairs - to know - given that


- the information site "Fortress Europe - The observatory on victims of migration ', dated June 30, 2010 carried the news that there has been no information about the fate of some 300 Eritreans detained in Libya, some of which previously rejected into the sea from Lampedusa.

- it is Eritreans who would be entitled to enter Europe and to obtain political asylum;
- in 2009, Italy has recognized the political asylum or subsidiary protection to 1,325 Eritreans
- since the new procedures are active refusal of entry, these people are taken over by the Libyan authorities, unable to get certain information about their destination;

- the 300 Eritreans were being detained at the detention camp Misrath
- June 29 the Libyan authorities have forced the Eritreans detained in the detention camp Misratah to fill out a form to supply personal information Eritrean embassy, \u200b\u200band that the refusal of the same to identify themselves caused a protest led to clashes with the Libyan soldiers.

- on the night between 29 and 30 June, a Libyan army unit raided with the objective of forcibly transferring the approximately 300 detainees at the detention center Sabha;
- the transfer from a Misratah Sabha occurred in 2 containers of iron, such as those used for the transport of goods on cargo ships, in inhuman and degrading conditions for high temperature, overcrowding and lack of air

- three weeks ago, the Libyan government has expelled from Libya representatives of the High Commissioner for Refugees United Nations who operated specifically in the detention center Misratah 3 years, making impossible any form of control on the presence of persons holding of any request for political asylum in accordance with international standards and EU-:

- if the Minister is aware of what happened to Misratah reported by the media;
- if the Minister is in able to say with certainty that the 300 Eritrean asylum seekers forcibly transferred from Misratah Sabha not to be repatriated with the serious threats to their

safety that would follow - if the Minister is able to say with certainty that the rejections you are not denying the right of asylum to persons who might legitimately ask,

- if the Minister is aware of the political reasons that led to the closure of the UNHCR in Tripoli and what kind of action may be taken against the Libyan authorities
