Last night the 205 young Eritreans detained for 16 days in jail Braq in southern Libya, were released. In the same hours have been released all Eritreans closed in various detention centers around Libya, about 400 people in total estimates of the authorities in Tripoli confirmed by the Eritrean community. The issue colelttivo - announced in recent days by the authorities of the Jamahiriya and the Director of the Office of Tripoli International Organisation for Migration (IOM) Laurence Hart - is also the result of pressure from international organizations such as Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International, some national press and implementation of the campaign by various civil society groups. Just before being freed, inmates of Braq were heard by members of the committee of investigation demanded by the Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi. They have reiterated that they do not want to stay in the Arab country and who are not asylum seekers but illegal immigrants, and as such they want to get refugee status in a third country which has signed the Geneva Convention. Italy - which has rejected 103 of the 205 inmates in the sea of \u200b\u200bBraq, plus hundreds of other potential asylum seekers - has expressed its readiness to accept resettlement of some of them. We will see in the coming weeks if this willingness will be followed by concrete facts, views also the direct responsibility of the Italian government in stalemate in which there are now hundreds of Eritreans in Libya.

absolute Record in prime
E 'was the first Japanese cartoon to be broadcast on a national network (Italia 1) in the early evening, with the feature film "Lupin, the danger is my job," then, again at 20.30 , was also sent "Lupin and the prophecies of Nostradamus."
record for each year:
E 'series as replicated on the national broadcasters. The Mediaset retransmits all the episodes at least once a year. Clear sign of success that Lupin has encountered over the years to meet the different generations.
Small quotes: In the cardboard
appear various quotes of Western comics: the most blatant example is the rubber masks to Diabolik, even, according to Alfredo Castelli, the author of "Martin Mystery", the subject of an entire episode coincides with one of his old comic book series, "The Aristocrats." Despite these small quotations is no doubt that the explosive mix created with Lupin III has become a Cult unique!
Lupin and history:
INCAS: THE MYSTERIOUS MASK, ep.86 - second TV series - A treasure once belonged to the Incas is the focus of the episode.
MUSSOLINI: "TO THE NORTH POLE ADVENTURE" ep.88 - Second TV series - Zenigata accidentally found the boots once belonged to the Duce.
Nazism: "THE DEVIL DOLL, ep.87 - second television series - In this episode we see the revenge of a wealthy German jew whose parents were brutally murdered by the Nazis in the days of Hitler.
TITANIC: "THE MYSTERY OF THE DRAGON" TV Special # 6 - A valuable sculpture in the shape of dragon is trapped to four feet deep inside the Titanic, a transatlantic really existed.
80 Years ...
The success of television and movie Lupin in the eighties must have been truly remarkable, especially after Cagliostro. This is indirectly confirmed by the realization, in an attempt to exploit the fame of souls dedicated to Lupin I (for example, in 1979 and 1981 on Fuji TV airing two special: "The mysterious thief Lupin, the mystery dell'813" and "Lupin against Holmes").
Lupin VIII
In the early eighties, the TMS had prepared well, apparently in cooperation with some French broadcasters (at the time the souls were strong in France), another film Lupin (would have been the third), from LUPIN Title VIII, which he saw as protagonists in a future space the descendants of our heroes, and that should have been by the great Shingo Araki. Apparently, however, the French did at one point failing in its funding (apparently in relation ai diritti di sfruttamento del personaggio di Arsene Lupin - inventato dallo scittore Maurice Le Blanc -).
Lupin in The World:
Ecco alcuni esempi:
Giappone - Rupan Sansei - Jigen - Fujiko - Goemon - Zenigata
Italia - Lupin III - Jigen - Goemon - Fujiko-Zenigata
Latin America - Aramis brothel - Ramon - Vanessa - Julian - Zuñiga
Spain - Lupin - Oscar-Patricia-Francis - Basil

Richiamiamo, ma solo per completezza di argomenti, la necessità di un atteggiamento rispettoso della sovranità Libyan (and the risk of urgent calls. and sometimes controversial, our parliamentary opposition reveals a perspective "neocolonial" politically very incorrect and very counterproductive from the standpoint of the result) and an international operation that involves the UN, its agencies and other international organizations. The fate and the fate of those Eritreans that can not be solved only by the privileged and despite our bilateral relationship. And in this game is measured once again the fragility and the European perspective of the North "- worrying and ill - that continues to consider the Mediterranean and its southern shore as a" world apart ". And 'the south the world to press once again, and now more, against the southern Mediterranean countries and from there on the outposts of Europe: Italy, Spain, Malta and Greece primarily.
do not say this to cultivate an attitude to find consolation and a shield, a shelter not only responsibilities, but as the protagonist who is right even in our country requires. We say this because in this, as on other occasions, Italy has never escaped raise awareness of the Libyan authorities to which we have chosen, in the spirit of sincere friendship, to conduct discreet action positive also in the name and on behalf of Europe as two distinct, well-known and important events related to the resolution of the crisis Libya and Switzerland have recently been able to prove.
Precisely because our world is complex and the approach of diplomacy-policy if, as we all hope, designed to solve problems-to help find the most appropriate responses, we have chosen a different path from that of advertising . Because we believe that would not help us. We know it's a race against time. During these hours you are in a delicate mediation under our umbrella, we are finalizing that mediation, in order to get identification of the Eritreans, which is good to know, afraid to identify themselves to make it impossible la definizione del loro status - e poter loro offrire un'occupazione, nella stessa Libia, contro il rischio e la paura del rimpatrio.

2. If the government really wants to build an international operation that involves the UN and its agencies, why has not claimed at the time of the signing of the accession of Libya to key international conventions such as those against torture and the Geneva ?
3. If the fate of Eritrea can not be resolved by action on the bilateral Italy, because Italy has repeatedly bypassed the criticisms made by supranational bodies, including the European Community, but to conclude the bilateral agreement that governs all events to which we are seeing?
4. The solution of finding a job to Eritrean nationals in Libya is completely unacceptable. The right to asylum is not protected by the occupation and job satisfaction. First there must be a guarantee of full legal protection of asylum seekers, then it is desirable a work placement.
And this guarantee does not exist in a country, Libya, where there is no right of asylum and the protection of the democratic rule of law is strongly criticized by many organizations and international observers. For more
is really bizarre, if not ridiculous, for this to be the Minister of a country, Italy, which is rarely able to provide input working to foreigners who are granted humanitarian protection or refugee status.
will be difficult to get more answers to this response.
But do not despair.
We hope that the attention of Ministers on the issue continues to be high and only one reaches the right thing to do: to give protection to Eritrean refugees in our country, because there where not only can not claim asylum, but living conditions of violence and violation is completely unacceptable.

Sometimes I'm scared

's not easy having spent two years of his life to have traveled the length and breadth of Italy and Europe, telling hundreds of thousands of people the shame of inhuman Italy-Libya still be here today and have to find other words to continue doing so.
L'unico bisogno di cui ora dovremmo occuparci is to try to save our dignity betrayed.
Thousands of men, women and children recognize us clearly how powerful friends as godparents of their inhuman torturers, their violent rapists.

Fishing Spot In The Parramatta River
" I appeal to the Italian Government and the Libyan on behalf of all Eritreans, Somalis and Ethiopians who are suffering at this time in Libya. I know very well what it means to be in the hands of the Libyan police. Using the last words I have left, because the words do not end when no change occurs. I feel helpless before these cruel governments do not know what it means to be deprived of liberty for a single day, but for two, three or four years ...
I've lived on my skin : ill-treatment in prisons Libya, the blows, beatings, insults police officers Libyans. Also I have been deported in a container, for a day and a half journey to the prison Kufrah, with more than 110 people, crowded like sardines. With us there were eight women and a child of Eritrea four years. His name was Adam. Who knows what happened to that child, I wonder if he managed to escape from the trap Italian-Libyan, who knows if his mother was not raped by Libyan police officers in front of him ... If he survived, now has eight, and slowly begin to understand that kind of world is reserved for him and many others like him.
Why all this violence, this hatred against us? It is true, it is right to ensure that il ben essere di uno, l’altro debba soffrire, debba pagare il prezzo?
It reminds me
the same hypocrisy with which Mussolini made his people believe that Italy had swept the Abyssinians on without saying anything on the means that led to those victories, or tons and tons of gas used to kill civilians without pity . The tone of the government is the same now as then, and is the same as the reaction of people.
When I think back to Adam, the child of four years who was with us on the container, I wonder: What was his crime? I remember that sometimes the driver of the container (Iveco) stopped to eat or her needs, while 110 people were screaming for the infernal heat of the Sahara, the lack of air, which hardly came as the truck was moving. Little Adam were keeping close to the hole from where he entered a little 'air to breathe ... and who was in the bottom of the container is desperately waving, screaming, crying. You can still see mass deportations in the container?
When we were arrested then, the Libyans have asked us why we were in Libya and what we wanted. We were simply the prey of the police, we were women from rape and beaten by men. A few days ago I met a person in a situation that I will not describe. This person works in Tripoli and told me that one of the last rejected into the sea to Libya was a girl aged 22 was raped by Libyan police officers when arrested. Eventually he managed to escape by bribing a guard, but now she is pregnant and does not want to give birth to a son-in does not even know his father ...
Why do not you react first it gets too late? Why all this indifference to the suffering of others, moreover, caused by Italy itself? Where is the civility of a country that is funding a third party to do the dirty work and wash their hands like Pilate? When they stop Italy the "principal" of this violence?
it happens then, after the "deportation" the Libyan police officers we sold for 30 dinars each (about 18 euro) to intermediaries who then reported it to the coast.
We also have parents who always remember us, and crying together thinking of the suffering that we experience, the beatings and insults that we take. But we will have justice for all that we endure. Today we pay the price that your governments have agreed to pay to enjoy the "people" energy security. But the tears and the blood shed will not be forgotten.
Using the last words that I have remained, energy after the last two years of battle on this issue but I hope to have more. I toured Italy, attending hundreds of meetings and screenings (of "Like a man on earth", ed.) And I thank all those who showed me around their anger and their shame of being represented by these governments are hypocrites .
But I wonder: if I cry from here that I did not listen, let alone my brothers who are into the mouth of the wolf. But I still cry the same and say, Italy you who are civil and powerful look at these people and remember what you did to their grandparents. "

Mr President,
I am currently in Africa, Rwanda, to monitor the presidential elections on behalf of the European Commission. Viewed from here, the commitment of governments in the protection of human rights and the protection of Refugees in particular, seems particularly important. Europe and its member countries reaffirmed their historic commitment to work for the promotion and protection of human rights and, in particular, their full compliance with the European Convention of Human Rights, the Treaty of Lisbon.
The European Union places respect for human rights ahead of all the agreements of cooperation and is an integral part of its many important cooperation projects in Africa. However, I believe that if we want to be credible, we can not ask other than that we do. The refusal to Libya of men and women fled from Eritrea, including people who wanted to seek asylum in our country, as is clear from the testimony of the staff of the High Commissioner for Refugees and those of the Italian Committee for Refugees, is a violation of our international obligations. Now there are reports of violence and abuse against Eritreans detained in Libya, while speaking of imminent deportation to their country, we risk being jointly responsible for a chain of violations of the rights of these people. What happens in Libya under the eyes of Africa. These events are likely to become a stain on the honor and the conscience of Italy to the eyes of questo continente.
No law can pass the right to recognition that the status of every human being requires consciousness. We are confident that our appeal will not be ignored. Also convinced that the true welfare of a nation to be built primarily from the ability of institutions to take on the most needy. Sincerely
